Be the Light.

So here’s the story. Our apartment had a leak in the sprinkler which required us to contact maintenance to come up and inspect the sprinkler head. Well, long story short I got to know the personnel very well. The lady in the crew ( maintenance woman) was assigned to our case and we had a lot of interaction.

They had to cut a hole in the ceiling to determine where the leak was coming from so they could resolve it.

After they cut the hole and determined where the leak was coming from they had to let it dry before repairing the ceiling.

Selah. God is always working during the wait. •

The maintenance woman came back up after the weekend to check on everything and to make sure it was dry so they could contact the vendor to repair the ceiling.

Well when the maintenance woman came back up to check that everything had dried up, I was on a prayer call and my pastor was talking about praying for others and that we should find someone to pray for once off the call. So, I knew that was the Lord’s way of telling me to pray for her.

• After she left I made a point to pray for her. Well about 5 minutes after praying, she had to come back up to take pictures proving that the ceiling had dried.

I wasn’t expecting her and had my worship music playing loudly lol. I was listening to Worthy by Elevation Worship, so when she came in, all she heard was the name of Jesus. 🙌🏾🙏🏾🙌🏾

Ahhh, His name is so worthy and the name of Jesus shifts atmospheres!

Can somebody say Hallelujah, Amen 🙏🏾.

I could tell the song got her attention. She stayed around to chit chat for a little, but I could tell the lyrics to the song were ministering to her.

More than anything, I know that a seed was planted.

So go forth and be the light in the darkness.
