I pray this post finds you well.

Journaled on 5/7/22 :

I realize why communion is so near and dear to my heart. When I would partake of communion throughout the day, I would begin by reading and meditating on scripture. Then I would pray about the symptoms I was experiencing and plead the blood of Jesus against those symptoms. I just realized that communion will forever hold a special, intimate place in my heart because that’s the place  in which a truly intimate, deep, and personal relationship with Jesus was built. Ahhh! He’s so Faithful!

In those moments of partaking of the Holy Communion, I was surrendering my will for the Lord’s will and learning His character. I was crying out to the Lord and in return he was pulling me closer to Him because everything I need is found in Him! Praise Jesus!

I was asking for healing and in return Jesus was giving me the fullness of who He is so that my healing would be a spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical healing.

Jesus cares about our spiritual health and our physical health. He wants us to walk in wholeness. The Lord Jesus gave His life so that we could have life and life more abundantly.

See 3 John 1:2 :

“Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well.”

‭‭3 John‬ ‭1:2‬ ‭NIV‬‬

The Holy Communion is the gateway that the Lord chose to use in my spiritual and physical healing that would lead to a transformation of my mind, body, and soul.

Partaking of the Holy Communion (daily) changed everything for the better.

These days I always say that I will never be the same. No. Never.

I’m so very thankful that the Lord would invite me to His table, pull out a seat for me, and ultimately redeem and rescue me from my pit.

All because of His love for me. Nothing that I’ve done, but it’s all about Jesus’s love for us that’s completely indescribable!

… But Listen! He didn’t stop there! He revealed to me that I could use the Holy Communion to intercede on behalf of others! What a gift it has been to intercede for others remembering the sacrifice the Lord Jesus made for us. It ushers in a sense of humility when you declare the benefits of the Holy Communion and Jesus’s finished work over someone else.

It’s in those moments you realize it’s ALL about Jesus! It’s always been about Jesus and it will always be about Jesus!

God is a God of community! He revealed himself to me in such a way that I could take the revelation and use it to pray for the body of Christ.

Have you spent some time with the Lord today? I promise it’ll be the best time of your life and exactly what you need to persevere throughout the day.

Thank you for reading. I wanted to take a moment to share. 💕
